I was once again dragged to IKEA on wednesday morning. My mum noticed a rather large and damaged part of the bed she had just bought. She only realised this after opening it. So we had to go get that sorted and when we arrived home my grandparents were here.
I then went back to Chris’ to sort his wireless internet out, he is now 100% secure, take that hackers!
I was also due to work at 4pm till 10 and luckily for me it wasn’t that busy. Thank god.
Thursday morning was an extremely early start: 4am to be exact. Why? Well, I was taking my friend, Mr Kyle Varney to Leeds Bradford Airport: he had won an award through his employer and they were flying him up to Scotland to pick it up, how nice of them.
I thought I could get some sleep in between 6-9am but I was wrong, I was awake albeit, very tired so I watched the first part of the finale of ‘A Town Called Eureka’ then a few episodes of ‘Inspector Gadget’. I then set off to Uni at 9am for my longest day of the week. Lectures didnt finish till 4pm and by this time my tiredness-related-headache was killing me and I was sneezing like someone who had just inhaled copious amounts of pepper.
Last night I watched new ‘CSI: Miami’ and four new episodes of ‘How I Met Your Mother’.
Today I’ve been re-writing my script for Uni and tidying my room, which was overdue.
And now I’m going to work.
Oh, a new podcast is available, go check it out on iTunes.

So, yesterday Chris, Jamie and I booked a week’s trip to Iceland. More specifically to Reykjavik, its capital. We’re off on the 18th of December to the 22nd so we should get quite a lot done in that time.
As with tradition we bought some books on Iceland like Jamie and I did for Stockholm last year.
I’m quite excited as it should be snowy and cold, which is perfect for christmas. The only thing I am aprehensive about is the flying. I’ll be fine but I’d prefer another mode of transport (yes, that includes hot air baloon) – I’ll just have to take some “calms” pills.
Another edition of my podcast is on iTunes/the web so check it out. Go to the podcast section for more information.
And finally, the muse tickets have arrived.
That is all,
Charlie.

On the eve of my last post Chris and I toured Tesco and Asda in Batley and Morley, respectively. It was a rather fun night actually. I originally wanted to go to Tesco’s to buy a large A3 pad but to no avail. Instead I ending up buying the League of Gentlemen film on DVD…
Chris bought some Cream Soda which he couldn’t open till we got to Asda (around three miles away) as there was just too much gas in it and just to be safe he didn’t want to open it up in the car.
I went to Asda for basically the same thing but we also ended up going to the McDonald’s there which apprently doesn’t sell quarter pounders which I thought was ridculous. They also didn’t let me receive my free McFlurry (as a student) as it was ‘just too late’ (I asked for it after my order…).
Whilst we were browsing the dvd section I heard a rather loud ‘Oh my god’ – it was Miss Leona Wilson and her mum sister, Mary… Leona was looking for a dvd that she could watch and then analyse for her college work. She made it clear that she didn’t to buy a dvd I had (as she could just borrow it). She left us for a bit and we accidently met up with her at the checkouts where she told me she bought the fantastic ‘Se7en’ – a dvd I already had.
Chris bought ‘It’ which was good, but rather long. Anyway it was nice to see Leona as I hadn’t seen her in a while but I don’t think she was there by chance, I think it was planned…
I wondered what this electronic tracking device I found on my car was…
Last night Jamie, Chris and I went to the Sir Titus Salt pub in Bradford to join their Grill Club, we all had a rather large meal each and it was very nice. We then popped up to The Courtyard Bar at the University and had a drink there. On the way back Jamie fell asleep in a funny position.
Podcasts
I don’t know if you have noticed but I have launched a podcast section on my site. I’m still working everything out but I’ve just about got it phathomed out now. My rss feed seems to be working (when it wants to) but i received an email from iTunes stating that it was now in their directory. Since then I have changed my rss feed and IE7 tells me it contains an error but thats a lie as it doesn’t.
If you want to listen to it check the podcast section after clicking the media tab on the main site.
Bye for now,
Charlie.
