On Wednesday night Jamie and I once again went to Chiquitos – The Original Mexican Bar where we had a few cocktails which was cool. Cocktails are probably the best alcoholic beverages well, apart from JD/JB & coke.

Yesterday I was essay writing. Brilliantly fun. Not. Well, its not the most boring essay imaginable, it’s about Mp3’s and how they have revolutionised the music industry. They have you know.
In the evening I went over to the Newey’s once again to try and install some perfectly legal copies of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I was successful and they both installed very well. Charlotte just needs to learn how to effectively use them – it’ll take a while as they’re complicated pieces of software, good but complicated.
I ended up leaving the Newey’s pretty late. I was watching Saw II with Laura so I couldn’t go mid-movie. The best part of the film is where the girl is thrown into the pit of needles. Sharp.
No, not ‘Sharpe’ Jamie, calm down.

And today. Well, today Dan and I were supposed to be editing but we’re not allowed in the suites as once again they are in a state of repair. I’m told that they’ll be ready by Monday – I hope they are anyway. Instead I’m once again going to the vets with my grandma’s dog, Rosie. Poor dog its as blind as a bat, or is it a dog?
Charlie.

So, its now Halloween. I think may re-light the menacing pumpkin (courtesy of Mr Richard Harwood) I carved on Sunday and put it in my window.
The history of Halloween is rather interesting, well I think so anyway. I do wish we called it by its proper name ‘All Hallow’s Eve’ as it just sounds much better. ‘All Hallows Eve’ precedes ‘Hallow’s Day’, now called ‘All Saints Day’ the day in which we celebrate the new single release of the girl band ‘All Saints’ or actual religious Saints. You can choose which you want to celebrate.

Chris and I went to see Saw III last night. I was actually quite bored. You could tell the director had watched CSI before as it contained so many zooms in and through the dead/dying thing. I just got quite bored, the other two are better so if you get the trilogy box set which will be out in about ten minutes (I assume) just go ahead and throw the third one away, you won’t need it.

And my cat, Buffy, returned. Thankfully. She was at my doorstep when I came back from the cinemas. She was meow-ing like mad and ate two plates of tuna then she proceeded to ‘Hoover’ the floor in search of more food. Silly cat.
Charlie.
